Cancellation Policy

DELAYS: Appointments are 15-25 minute time slots. I can not allow allow any time for you to be late. If you are later I can’t give you the service I am happy with and in turn it runs over to my next clients appointment time. Please be at least 5 minutes early to your appointment and wait in your car until your EXACT appointment time. If you are late I will not be able to do your tan, but you will still be charged for your appointment. CANCELATION: If for any reason you may need to cancel your appointment please let me know no later than 24hrs in advance. You will be charged for your cancelation under 24hrs from your scheduled appointment. If you have reached 3 cancelations, I can no longer take you as a client. Thank you for understanding.
